I have a pebuilder.iso I got the setupldr.bin and ramdisk.sys from windows server 2003 sp2.iso (convert ramdisk.sy to ramdisk.sys) I put the setupldr.bin in /I386 and ramdisk. Im guessing I may have a hard drive issue.and have documents on that I need to obtain. Also attempted to run fixboot.result was that 'boot sector cannot be fixed'. I read the posts in this forum and others I could found by google. Attempted to boot off CD and ran chkdsk /p - indicated 'one or more unrecoverable problems'.
